Help with the Ontanagio 360° live experience app.

When you write, include the app version (Settings tab → About → Version), your device model, and what you were trying to do. If the video wouldn't play, tell us which camera or video and roughly what time it happened — we can look at the venue-side logs.
Ontanagio is invitation-only. If you're on the list for a private show, you'll receive an access code from Ontanagio staff. Enter it under Settings once the app is installed.
Three common causes: (1) no camera is currently publishing — the event may not have started yet, or the operator is between sets; (2) your device is on a captive Wi-Fi that hasn't accepted the sign-in page yet — open Safari and hit any site to trigger the sign-in; (3) the venue Wi-Fi doesn't allow outbound HTTPS — switch to LTE/5G and try again.
On iPhone/iPad, tilt and rotate the device — the view follows your motion. On Mac or a web browser, click and drag. Pinch (or use the Zoom controls at the bottom) to zoom in on a moment.
iOS requires explicit permission for a website or app to read device motion. If you dismissed the prompt, quit and reopen the app — it should re-ask. On the web version, some browsers only offer motion after a user tap, so tap anywhere on the video and the phone-tilt controls should activate.
Tap the camera chip at the top of the Live tab, or open the Cameras tab and tap the one you want.
Ontanagio's team publishes them. You'll see new content in the Videos tab as it drops — pull down to refresh.
Ontanagio stores only per-install preferences (your last-selected camera, saved server URL, access code) on your own device. Delete the app and everything goes with it — nothing is retained on our servers. We collect no personal information.
